Shipping Information

ORDER PROCESSING DAYS:

Orders are processed daily from Monday - Friday.
Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the next working day.

This does not apply for bulk order, during sale period or sudden surge of orders as more time is required to pack and fulfill orders.

SELF PICK-UP:

At check out, there will be an option for self pick-up at our office located at Ubi Ave 1. Kindly wait for our text to confirm pick-up date and time.

You can collect it yourself or arrange your preferred pick-up service.

SHIPPING:

As we use 3rd party delivery serice, you can expect delivery within the 3 - 5 working days.

A flat rate for delivery within Singapore Rates will be reflected at check out. For international order, please contact us to enquire on international delivery rates.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we would love to hear your experience with our products and resolve any issues that you may face.
